Returns

• You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, email us at 📩 support@sugandhikaayurveda.in with your order number and item details.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

• If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sugandhikaayurveda.in.
• We’ll help you replace your item with a product of equal value.

Exchanged products will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Important Notes

• Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling will not be eligible for return/refund.

Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
